Job Description

Global Marketing Manager role requires strategic direction, brand creation, and activation toolkit solution development for the 'Beyond Baby' Portfolio.

Support the development of the 'Beyond Baby' Portfolio, providing strategic direction, brand creation, and activation toolkit solutions.

Be the champion for the 'Beyond Baby' portfolio, working closely with the Innovation team and NPD Project Teams to ensure alignment with brand strategy.

Support the evolution and development of the current Beyond Baby portfolio, ensuring delivery on strategic growth objectives.

Coordinate with key internal stakeholders, including Brand, Innovation, Commercial, Category, and Shopper teams.

Oversee specific Brand Innovation workstream projects in two areas:

  • Brand Format/Packaging Evolution: Develop innovative packaging strategies to differentiate and drive a premium for WW products.
  • Brand Rate of Sale Activation: Lead the development of brand promotion campaigns that integrate with global platforms.

Deliver NSV and Strategic Brand Growth Targets for the Beyond Baby Portfolio.

Support successful NPD launches, acting as the consumer champion to deliver insight-led, relevant, and distinctive new product/brand propositions.

Develop winning brand activation solutions for the existing 'Beyond Baby' portfolio.

Work with the Insights team to find research plans that deliver consumer data-led validated solutions.

Ensure an integrated/coordinated portfolio approach as a member of the Global Brand team.

Coordinate with the Commercial Operating Excellence function and regional marketing teams to deliver activation plans that align with strategy.

Lead format/packaging and Global promotion activation innovation to find new packaging formats and rate of sale unlock platforms for the total portfolio.

8+ years of brand marketing management experience in FMCG, with a focus on innovation project management, brand packaging development, and marketing degree-level qualification.

Experience in research/insights application to marketing solutions, end-to-end brand communication platform development, and international FMCG brand management.

Strong presentation skills, strong collaborator, growth mindset, and strong problem-solving skills.

Excellent project planning/time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
