Job Description

Global Marketing Manager role requires strategic direction, brand creation, and activation toolkit solution development for the 'Beyond Baby' Portfolio.

Support the development of the 'Beyond Baby' Portfolio, strategic direction, brand creation and activation toolkit solution. Be the champion for the 'Beyond Baby' portfolio in Water Wipes. Work closely with the Innovation team and NPD Project Teams to ensure our Innovation is on Brand, the strategic direction is aligned with 'Brand', the necessary planning/activation tools are in place and coordinate deployment with our regional brand teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Deliver NSV and Strategic Brand Growth Targets for the Beyond Baby Portfolio.
  • Support successful NPD launches acting as the consumer champion to deliver insight led, relevant and distinctive new product/brand propositions to unlock the aligned life stage/need state opportunity.
  • Develop winning brand activation solutions for our existing 'Beyond Baby' portfolio.
  • Work with our Insights team to find the required research plan to deliver consumer data led validated solutions.
  • Ensure an integrated/coordinated portfolio approach as a member of the Global Brand team.
  • Coordinate with the Commercial Operating Excellence function (Shopper/Category) and the regional marketing teams (EMEA/Americas) to deliver activation plans that are consistent with strategy but understand and deliver for local strategic market and customer growth opportunities.
  • Lead format/packaging and Global promotion activation innovation finding new packaging formats and rate of sale unlock platforms for our total portfolio (Baby and Beyond).

Requirements:

  • 8+ years brand marketing management experience FMCG.
  • Innovation Project Management or working on Innovation project teams as a brand lead.
  • Brand Packaging Development & Experience working with Packaging Design agencies.
  • Marketing Degree Level qualification.
  • Experience in research/insights application to marketing solutions.
  • Demonstrated end-to-end brand communication platform development experience.

Desirable skills:

  • International FMCG brand management experience.
  • Brand positioning or Brand architecture development experience.
