Senior Associate
Our industry leading client is looking for a talented and experienced Tax professional to join their growing team.
As a Senior Associate, you will have the opportunity to help clients solve complex business issues and assist in the mentoring and coaching of trainees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a diverse client portfolio with opportunities for progression into managing your own portfolio.
- Embracing digital transformation and driving innovation in day-to-day operations and client services.
- Contributing to the ongoing management of client relationships through direct daily interaction with key clients.
- Collaborating with teams, reporting to experienced senior managers, directors, and partners.
- Mentoring, coaching, and supporting the development of trainees, fostering a culture of high performance.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in tax consulting.
- AITI/CTA part/qualified (or aspiring to become qualified) with a strong academic background.
- Demonstrating business acumen, relationship management skills, and creativity.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ambition and a strong commitment to personal learning and development.
