Job Description
Join our team as a Global Product Manager (GPM) and lead the definition and execution of product and asset strategy for one of the largest value centers in the business. Develop and drive initiatives for revenue and profit growth of assigned portfolio, and work with cross-functional teams to assure alignment of product and functional execution plans. Key tasks include ownership of product lines P&L, development of strategic pricing plans, monitoring of product quality and input costs, and execution of product management plans. The successful candidate will possess a bachelor or master's degree in a technical education or business related field, 5+ years of experience in the Chemical or Pharma industry, and experience in commercial for Pharma, Food or Chemical industry. Key skills and competencies required include business and financial acumen, growth mindset, people orientation, execution and results orientation, and ability to travel globally as needed.
Responsibilities:
* Ownership of product lines P&L and development of strategic direction
* Development and implementation of strategic pricing plans
* Monitoring of product quality and input costs
* Execution of product management plans
* Secure product supply based on demand forecast
* Optimize strategy to source production through third-party manufacturers
* Develop and drive medium- and long-term product investment plans
* Responsible for annual and monthly forecast planning and maintenance of market share
Requirements:
* Bachelor or master's degree in technical education or business related field
* 5+ years of experience in Chemical or Pharma industry
* Experience in commercial for Pharma, Food or Chemical industry
* Ability to work with cross-functional teams and ensure alignment of product and functional execution plans
