- Multiple manufacturing facilities worldwide, providing a broad range of products and manufacturing solutions to industries such as petro-chemical, pharmaceutical, mining, and construction.
Position Overview:
- Lead global S&OP planning processes across six regional hubs.
- Drive demand and inventory planning improvements.
- Collaborate with various functions to ensure effective inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead global S&OP planning processes across six regional hubs.
- Analyse, recommend, and implement changes to demand and inventory planning parameters.
- Identify, prioritise, and manage process and IT improvement opportunities related to inventory planning systems.
- Lead global demand planning improvements and optimisation programs.
- Collaborate with the technology function to optimise the ERP platform.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Degree or Masters in a relevant field.
- Over 10 years of experience leading a global demand planning function.
- FMCG sector experience is a distinct advantage.
- Proven experience in ERP implementation or optimisation.
