Global Sourcing Manager Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Sourcing Manager to develop and manage our full cycle recruiting experience, driving growth and excellence in our evaluator community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a high-velocity recruitment engine scaling across 100 markets, meeting customer requirements and tracking key hiring metrics.
- Effectively negotiate with web-based advertisers, print & media, and social media advertisers to promote the company brand and attract top talent.
- Collaborate with sales and program management teams to drive new business, proposals, pilots, and customer presentations.
- Lead a team of sourcing professionals, ensuring all customer requirements and expectations are met.
- Liaise with legal partners to ensure compliance with local market legislation and align all work practices with independent contracting agreement models.
- Manage recruitment advertising budgets and ensure all evaluator personal data is secure, private, and protected.
- Accountability for daily/weekly team deliveries, prioritizing and delegating targets and process improvements across the team.
- Ensure candidates understand the opportunity and company culture, driving cross-functional team meetings and stakeholder alignment.
- Appraise and develop all team members bi-annually, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of progressive technical sourcing/recruiting experience with a focus on mass candidate generation.
- CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
- MS Office 365 and Azure experience a plus.
- Experience with building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone, on-the-ground, and internet research.
- Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seeking new global sourcing options.

- Strong analytic skills with ability to use analytics tools to create, measure, and scale the right workflow.
