Global Supply Chain & Product Launch Manager
Our expanding global FMCG client is seeking an experienced professional to lead the global supply chain function in Dublin, overseeing the product life cycle for successful launch.
About the Role
- Ensure effective accountability for all Stage Gate projects across brands and products.
- Influence and manage cross-functional teams to meet project timelines.
- Ensure successful project completion, achieving milestones on time and within budget.
- Implement best practice project management techniques for efficient and cost-effective delivery.
- Work closely with the Finance team to develop project costs throughout the life cycle.
- Liaise with multiple departments to commercialize new ideas and brands.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Science, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 7-8 years of experience leading product innovation projects in a global FMCG organisation.
- Strong product launch and project management experience.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage and influence cross-functional teams.
