Global Supply Planning Leader orchestrates supply planning processes between Commercial Sales, Finance, Demand & Customer Logistics, Production Sites, and Procurement. They lead a global supply planning team to ensure efficient supply of products to meet global demand requirements. Key responsibilities include strategy development, collaboration with internal stakeholders, executive reporting, performance and continuous improvement, agility and decision making, API planning and inventory optimization, and people-focused leadership. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in international supply chain management, proficiency in English, and ability to travel 10-20%.
