**Global Technical Advisor - Dublin** We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our Strategy, Advocacy and Learning department as a Global Technical Advisor, supporting country offices to develop strong, equitable partnerships with local actors. **Job Description** Our vision, mission, and work are defined by one goal - ending extreme poverty, whatever it takes. For over 50 years, we have been working with the world's poorest people towards this goal. **Key Responsibilities** * Support country offices to develop strategic partnerships with local actors, including assessing internal capacity, providing training, and developing partnership strategies * Identify, map, and select local partner organisations, and facilitate participatory and mutual capacity assessments * Ensure local actors are involved in all stages of programme and proposal design, including decision-making * Develop tools and templates for effective planning, implementation, and monitoring of programmes developed and implemented with local partners * Contribute to Concern's learning on equitable partnerships by assessing progress, analysing results, and documenting best practices * Represent Concern on relevant networks focused on localisation and partnerships **Requirements** * Ability to work effectively in both French and English * Demonstrable understanding of challenges and opportunities for INGOs working towards localisation and building equitable partnerships * Experience in at least 3 different settings, ideally including in a fragile or conflict-affected context and/or in West and Central Africa * Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to operate as part of a team * Ability to communicate complex information clearly and in an accessible format **What We Offer** * A dynamic and values-driven work environment * Opportunities for professional growth and development * A competitive salary and benefits package * A chance to work with a global team of dedicated professionals **How to Proceed** To be considered for this role, please submit your application through our careers page.
