Seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage the Used & Custom Clubs department, ensuring exceptional customer experience through efficient processing and expert customer service.
As part of the warehouse & online team at our HQ, you will perform essential tasks necessary for the department's success.
You will report to the E Commerce Manager and other Senior Management.
The position will assist in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Process used clubs and make them live for sale on our website.
- Offer information and expert opinion on used clubs to customers through customer service channels.
- Monitor online custom orders.
- Raise and track custom orders with manufacturers.
- Act as the point of contact with customers, ensuring they are kept up to date on their custom orders.
- Review the build spec of clubs before they are dispatched to customers.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in golf retail, club fitting or a related field preferred.
- Passion for product and retail.
- Extensive knowledge of Golf Equipment.
- Strong organizational skills and great attention to detail.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to execute duties.
- Self-motivated, results driven and product focused.
- Strong customer service and administration skills.
