As part of the warehouse & online team at our HQ In Dublin 11, you will perform essential day-to-day tasks necessary for our Used & Custom Clubs department to succeed. You will report to the E Commerce Manager as well as other Senior Management. The position when performed correctly will assist us in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities Used Clubs Perform strict step by step tasks to process used clubs and make them live for sale on our website. Offering information & expert opinion on used clubs to customers through our customer service channels. Custom Clubs Monitoring online custom orders Raising and tracking custom orders with the manufacturers. Acting as the point of contact with our customers ensuring they are kept up to date on their custom orders. Reviewing the build spec of clubs before they are dispatched to customers. Candidate Requirements Previous experience in golf retail, club fitting or a related field preferred. Passion for product and retail Extensive knowledge of Golf Equipment Strong organizational skills and great attention to detail. Strong computer literacy & ability to execute duties as shown. Self-motivated, results driven and product focused.
