McGuirks Golf is looking for an individual to come in and perform essential day-to-day tasks necessary for the operation of our online golf club department. You will be working as part of our online warehouse team located in Dublin 11. You will report to the E Commerce Manager as well as other Senior Management. The position when performed correctly will assist us in delivering an exceptional customer experience. If you have a passion for golf, posses a strong work ethic and are looking for full time employment in an established and continuously growing company, then this is the job for you. Responsibilities Receiving, ordering, processing & shipping custom orders. Performing strict step by step tasks to process golf products and make them live for sale on our website. Providing exceptional customer service to customers during and post purchase. Offering information & expert opinion on golf equipment/custom golf clubs to customers through our customer service channels. Candidate Requirements Physically fit and able to handle some lifting. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to work as part of a busy and diverse team. Have a passion & knowledge for golf and golf equipment. Previous experience in golf or similar sector essential. Strong organizational skills and great attention to detail. Strong computer literacy & ability to execute duties as shown. Self-motivated, results driven and product focused. Strong customer service and administration skills.
