Morgan McKinley have partnered with one of Ireland's most prestigious and historic golfing destinations who are seeking to add a Golf Sales Manager to their team. This role requires a passion for golf coupled with a strong background in sales. The Golf Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales & marketing team to achieve the desired goals of the club. Benefits: Salary: €45,000 to €50,000 (Negotiable - Depending on Experience) Performance bonus Company pension Employee discount On-site gym On-site parking Roles & Responsibilities: Monitor and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to increase club revenue. Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders in the golf industry including tour operators, and local hoteliers. Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, social media, email marketing, print, and events to raise brand awareness and drive customer engagement. Manage all medium to large golf events and support the Golf Operations team on event days. Be responsible for the management of sales enquiries and bookings, using online booking software, internal systems, and CRM software. Ensure all marketing material, signage, displays, and general branding are in line with the club's branding policies. Attend relevant trade shows including international travel on occasion Be responsible for the implementation of a regular member communication. Assist the General Manager with the running of member events and activities in the club. Requirements: Strong sales, administration and digital marketing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites and CRM software. Use of design/marketing programmes such as Canva, Adobe, Pipedrive, Microsoft Teams is an advantage but not essential. You must be a good communicator and possess the ability to build relationships within the golf team, club members as well as wider golf industry network.
