Saint John of God Community Mental Health Services Lucena Clinic and Cluain Mhurie Services Lucena Clinic provides a comprehensive Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service for young people with moderate to severe mental health disorders to defined catchment areas, with an under 18 population of 172,585, residing in South Dublin City and County plus North and West County Wicklow. Clinical Teams are based throughout the catchment area operating clinics in Tallaght, Rathgar, Dun Laoghaire, Bray, Wicklow town and Arklow. Cluain Mhuire is a national center of innovation in public mental health service provision delivering a community based adult mental health service for the South East Coast of Co. Dublin to a catchment area of some 182,000 people approximately.In addition to general adult mental health services, Cluain Mhuire provides early intervention in psychosis, ADHD, gender and general hospital mental health services. Grade IV FOI/ GDPR Officer Permanent, Part Time (17.5hrs) Saint John of God Community Services, Community Mental Health Services are now inviting applications for the post of Grade IV FOI/ GDPR Officer to work primarily between Cluain Mhuire Services and Lucena, Rathgar. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, flexible, innovative and committed to providing a quality service that responds to the needs and priorities of our service users. Role Summary Providing secretarial and administrative support to St. John of God Community Mental Health Services, primarily assisting in the processing of Data Subject Access Requests and requests for access to records under Freedom of Information. Minimum Requirements A MINIMUM OF 5 years admin experience.Experience in a medical or similar setting would be an advantage. Excellent typing skills, data entry and demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Office, reception/telephone experience. Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail is essential. Have the ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines. Display absolute discretion and confidentiality. Familiarity of FOI/ GDPR legislation desirable. Experience in a Medical Records role desirable. Remuneration Salary Grade 0558 Grade IV (Clerical) on the Consolidated HSE Pay Scale €33,422 - € 52,253 per annum pro rata Initial location The initial location of this role is Cluain Mhuire, Blackrock, Co Dublin. However, you may be required, from time to time, to work at SJOG CSs other places of business or/and the premises of such associated s companies or organisations as SJOG CS may require. You will be given as much notice of any such change of place of work as is reasonably practicable.
