Job Description

Shape a better world as a Graduate Architect at Arup in Cork, supporting multi-discipline projects and developing design deliverables that align with Arup's strategy for Sustainable Futures and Shaping a Better World.

Arup is a collective of advisors and experts working across 140 countries, dedicated to sustainable development and collaboration with clients and partners using imagination, technology, and rigour. As a Graduate Architect, you will be part of a diverse portfolio from concept design and master planning to detailed design and construction delivery, with a focus on projects in the Science, Industry & Technology sectors.

Key responsibilities:

  • Interpret client briefs and develop 3D models and renders
  • Prepare drawings, schedules, specifications, and presentations
  • Develop design deliverables that align with Arup's strategy for Sustainable Futures and Shaping a Better World

Requirements:

  • Minimum degree qualification in Architecture; Masters Qualification preferred
  • Independent judgment and strong analytical/design abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills, enjoys team working, open communication, problem solving, and presenting work
  • Ability to manage activities simultaneously and work to deadlines
  • Ability to use Revit or Rhino
