Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with clients to understand their needs and develop project plans.
  • Work in a team environment to plan, visualize, and maintain facilities, as well as improve processes.
  • Support senior team members at project meetings and assist in generating asset registers.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities, upgrades, and service level agreements for clients.
  • Develop ideas to create efficiencies and contribute to generating Capex and Opex cost reports.
  • Visualize dashboard plans and monitor performance to enable increased control and understanding for clients.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a recognized Bachelor's (Hons) Degree in Facility Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Asset Management, or Property & Facilities Management.
  • Membership of relevant professional bodies, such as IWFM, IFMA, Engineers Ireland, CIBSE, or CIOB.
  • Introduction to facilities management, understanding of facilities management strategy, policies, and operational plans.
  • Awareness of risk management, property, fabric, and building services maintenance, health and safety, financial management, procurement, and contract management.
