My client is a leading property asset manager based in Dublin 2. They are looking to hire a strong candidate with an interest in property. This role will interact with the investment team underwriting new opportunities, the asset and development management teams implementing the strategy on acquired properties and see the deals all the way through to sale.ResponsibilitiesWork alongside senior asset and development managers to track and monitor business plan progressEngage with third-party property managers and operating partners to ensure timely reporting and accuracy of sameAssist with the preparation of monthly reports across the businessInteract with the Investments teamEnsure all reporting obligations and/or asset management initiatives are completed as requiredRequirementsUniversity graduate with some office experienceStrong excel skills, strong financial acumen and an interest in and understanding of property. #J-18808-Ljbffr
