Job Description

Interpath Advisory, a leading global financial advisory and restructuring firm, seeks graduates with accounting, finance, commerce, and business-related backgrounds for its 2025 graduate intake.

As a graduate at Interpath Advisory, you will be part of a dynamic team providing critical financial advisory and restructuring services to clients worldwide. With a growing international presence and 16 offices across Ireland, the UK, France, and the Caribbean, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of assignments and gain exposure to various industries.

The graduate programme is designed for candidates who wish to pursue an ACA accounting qualification and AITI tax qualification alongside gaining hands-on experience. As part of the programme, you will:

  • Assist with transactional projects such as M&A, restructuring, and refinancings
  • Support the compliance process for companies in formal insolvencies
  • Gather and assimilate detailed information to produce tax reviews
  • Prepare complex corporation tax returns for companies
  • Provide advice on company reorganisations and restructuring transactions
  • Assist the senior team with business development and thought leadership
  • Gain insight and work on complex tax controversy cases

Your role will be challenging and rewarding, with opportunities to work on a variety of assignments that provide exposure to different industries and sectors. You will also have the chance to work with a senior management team mentor who will provide support, guidance, and advice throughout your training contract.

As a graduate at Interpath Advisory, you will gain exposure to financial analysis, company legislation, tax legislation, and project management skills. You will also develop a broad commercial awareness and understanding of the challenges facing businesses today.

Requirements:

  • Hold a minimum 2.1 University degree
