Graduate Civil Engineer required to join award-winning Irish Engineering Consultancy.
This consultancy has an excellent reputation for providing multidisciplinary engineering services to a wide range of clients.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious Graduate Civil Engineer who wants to develop their skills and gain experience.
Commercial Retail Hotel Residential Educational Industrial Requirements:
A degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (level 8 or higher).
Engineers Ireland membership with an ambition to achieve Chartered Engineers status.
Good communication skills, especially the ability to translate designs into comprehensive drawing/information for construction.
Interest in reinforced concrete design, structural steel, timber and masonry using the Eurocodes.
Interest in design of sustainable urban drainage systems and general building drainage systems.
Demonstrable knowledge of the relevant Technical Guidance Documents.
Ability to work independently, take responsibility for their own work and take the initiative when necessary.
Excellent analytical and numerical skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn.
Good verbal and written communicator with fluent English Have a full clean Irish driving license Salary: €37 K - €40 K DOE Variety of projects Pension Laptop and software subscriptions where appropriate.
