Little Seeds is now recruiting Full Time Graduate Room Leaders to join our High Quality Team! The successful candidate must have: Minimum Level 7 Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (Or Equivalent) Relevant experience working in an Early years service. Previous experience in a supervisory role. Excellent knowledge of QRF, Childcare regulations, Aistear and Síolta. Main Responsibilities Leading an assigned childcare room and supporting the childcare team in all aspects of practice. Ensuring the welfare of all children attending the service is of paramount importance and that their development and well-being is achieved through promoting the holistic needs of each child. Maintaining records necessary for the running of the childcare service in accordance with all relevant Childcare/pre-school services Regulations. Ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of all children registered with the childcare service. Monitoring and ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained in the childcare service at all times. Promoting a child-centered approach in ELC in partnership with children, promoting their agency and participation. Creating high stimulating and quality learning environments indoors and outdoors for children that ensure their safety and security, promote child-centered learning, and offer engaging and enriching experiences that support their health, well-being, identity, belonging, and learning and development.
