**Requirements:**
- Experience in Ireland, the UK, or Europe
- Strong technical engineering skills and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, design teams, and contractors
- Familiarity with civil engineering software like Civil 3D or drainage modeling software
