From collaborating with colleagues on new HR strategies to addressing complex queries, this is an exciting opportunity to help make Amazon a great place to work.Key job responsibilitiesSupport leaders at your site on HR mattersSupport the implementation of new policies that improve associate engagement and the working environmentDevelop communication plans and initiatives to support managers with site briefs and any bulk or site-wide announcementsTake the lead on implementing and progressing HR projectsCollect and analyse data that can help drive new HR policies and plansA day in the lifeYou’ll be based in an Amazon Fulfilment Centre, Delivery Station or Sortation Centre, and will be the main representative to the Operations leadership at your location. You’ll work flexibly with colleagues in different areas of the business to work towards making Amazon Earth’s best employer, from carrying out new business-wide programmes to assisting with employee relations.No two days are the same as an HR Partner.
