Job Description
Graduate Lab Systems Specialist sought for 12-month contract in Dublin. Key responsibilities include implementing Maximo, creating and maintaining master data in lab systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve compliance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Maximo in QC laboratories at Cruiserath site
- Create and maintain master data in lab systems BIOVIA LES and CIMS
- Support review of change controls associated with lab systems
- Execute and document change control and/or verify changes executed by team members
- Review method/specification changes and assess impact to lab systems data set up
- Execute standardization plan and contribute to identifying opportunities to standardize
- Test changes/enhancements through dry runs and receive feedback from lab users
- Setup verification testing as appropriate for the lab system
- Communicate impact of lab system changes to integrated systems areas
- Collaborate/liaise with laboratory, manufacturing, analytical support, and site/global IT teams
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement processes to improve compliance and efficiency of laboratory testing operations
- Author, revise, and/or review procedural documents, such as SOPs and WIs
- Author, revise, and/or review associated training content
- Provide ad hoc support to users for issues/questions on the lab system
- Communicate technical issues and activity status updates to team members/direct management
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on lab system functionality and apply functionality to improve system use and ensure efficient user experience
- Participate on/lead teams in support of business process improvements/operational excellence
- Lead/participate on small/medium project teams
A bachelor's degree in a related field and relevant experience are required. PE Global is recruiting for this role on behalf of a biopharmaceutical client in Dublin.
