**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop new business and maintain current relationships
- Understand cost control, read branch P&L statements, and run a profitable business
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Communicate, influence, and interact with customers, vendors, and colleagues
- Mentor, train, develop, manage, and promote staff
**What You'll Learn:**

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Full manual driving license from the Republic of Ireland (accommodations available for applicants with disabilities)
- No drug or alcohol-related offense on driving record within the last five years
