The company is offering several graduates the opportunity to join its three-year management development program, starting initially at the Limerick Works. About Your New Job This role involves working on large-scale projects dealing with plant maintenance and large-scale plant improvement projects. Large-Scale Plant Improvement Projects. Involved in the construction to installation of new machinery Involvement in the commissioning of projects. Plant Maintenance Involves working as part of the maintenance team. Planning major shutdowns/ overhauls. Responsible for a specific plant area during shutdowns. Responsible for directing contractors on specific jobs/projects (in the particular plant where s/he is assigned). Improving plant availability, troubleshooting and successfully resolving maintenance issues in designated areas. What Skills You Need Awareness of Health and Safety issues. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Autocad. Ability to take responsibility for and control large-scale projects.
