Graduate Operations Analyst Morgan McKinley have partnered with a global investment bank who are seeking to hire a graduate Operations Analyst for their dynamic Dublin based team. Successful candidates will support front office functions both locally and internationally while developing essential skills and knowledge required for a successful career in investment banking.This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about finance and investments and are looking to kick-start their career in the financial services industry. Responsibilities Ensure matching and settlement of international payments information. Investigate failed trades. Management oversight of all outsourced operational activities. Identify and escalate risks that may impact clients, ensuring the highest standard of client care. Perform daily reconciliations of financial transactions. Analyse and settle financial discrepancies. Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate financial reporting. Enforce AML compliance. Monitor operational risk and risk events. Manage onboarding and settlements process. Responsibilities Undergraduate degree in Finance/Business/Economics/Mathematics. Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in IT systems, particularly MS Office. Excellent communication skills and a transparent approach to work.
