Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the design team to develop engineering solutions that meet project specifications.
- Perform site tasks, cube making, and site activities logs.
- Set out using a total station and conduct as-built surveys.
- Set laser and bench marks on site as needed.
- Organise relevant documents from site as needed.
- Assist in implementing quality control measures and ensure that all work adheres to safety and regulatory standards.
- Work closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless communication and coordination across teams.
- Maintain comprehensive project records, from daily logs to engineering reports, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Act as a key resource for technical queries on-site, providing solutions to engineering challenges as they arise.
- Keep a diary of working tasks.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Passion: A commitment to learning and a keen interest in construction engineering and technology.
- Team Player: Collaborative, motivated, and eager to contribute to large-scale construction projects.
- Ability to work with multiple functions to coordinate the flow of information.
