Company Description Pod-Trak is a privately owned company established in 2007 that offers bespoke engineering solutions to clients across the UK and Ireland in the Civil Engineering, Airports Infrastructure, Power & Communications, Rail Systems, and Plant & Transport sectors. We have strategic locations in London, Manchester, Letterkenny, Doncaster, Bristol, and Dublin to provide a multi-disciplinary engineering service. Location: Dublin (Datacentres) Responsibilities: • Assist with management of Subcontractors- reviewing payment applications, variations and contractual notices. • Drafting variations for submission to the Client (including measurement of drawings). • Maintain project commercial register which includes variations, early warnings, contractual notices. • Assisting with Cost Value Reconciliation reporting. • Assist with tracking labour actuals against forecast and budget. • Reviewing and tracking plant onsite. • Effectively communicate with all levels of management and colleagues throughout the business. Qualifications: • Recent graduate with a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
