As a Graduate R&D Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting product design and development from concept to commercialisation
- Prototyping and conducting feasibility studies
- Developing and executing test methods and design validation activities
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation to meet regulatory standards
- Collaborating on material selection and process optimisation
- Analysing and reporting data to inform project decisions
- Maintaining a functional and safe lab environment
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency with CAD software (Solidworks) and MS Office suite
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong initiative
- Strong communication skills, with experience in report writing and documentation
