A Graduate/Junior SHEQ Advisor is sought to join a team in Cork, Ireland, to provide expertise in health, safety, environment, and quality management for water and wastewater infrastructure projects.

**Job Description** The successful candidate will be responsible for: • Understanding the constructability element around works and applying the General Principles of Prevention to all activities • Engaging with workers to upskill and deliver world-class infrastructure • Immersing themselves in plant and equipment to understand limitations and capabilities • Providing information, advice, and support to site management teams and employees on health and safety and environmental issues • Liaising with the SHEQ Team and internal auditors to ensure compliance with management systems, processes, and legislation • Monitoring subcontractors for compliance with current legislation and company policies • Ensuring accessibility of environmental management plans, quality plans, method statements, and training records **Requirements** • Third-level qualification • Full driving license • Excellent interpersonal and IT skills • Excellent communication skills **Company Overview** The company specializes in the design, manufacture, supply, installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of water and wastewater infrastructure with associated civil, mechanical, electrical, process, and environmental activities in Ireland and the UK. **Benefits** • Salary: €35,000 to €45,000 • Benefits package
