Graduate Talent Programme
Join PTSB's Graduate Talent Programme and gain exposure to different business areas, developing multiple skills and contributing to business-critical projects in a fast-paced environment.
About the Programme
- Gain insight and exposure to different teams and roles within your chosen business stream
- Complete either three 8-month rotations or four 6-month rotations, depending on your business stream
- Supported by a 2-tier support network consisting of a Line Manager and assigned buddy
- Access to a best-in-class learning and career development platform
Responsibilities
- Contribute to business-critical projects in a fast-paced environment
- Build strong management, interpersonal, and technical skills
- Adopt a continuous improvement mindset to identify customer pain points and process enhancements
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders at different levels
Requirements
- Graduating in 2025 or graduated in 2024
- Legally entitled to work in the Republic of Ireland without restriction
- Minimum result of a 2:1 Second Class Honours, Grade 1 (60-69%) in your Level 8 qualification or above
