**Graduate Talent Programme with PTSB** A 24-month graduate programme designed to expose talents to various business areas, encourage skill development, and foster a continuous improvement mindset in a fast-paced environment. **About the Programme** The PTSB Graduate Talent Programme is a 24-month opportunity designed to expose graduates to various business areas, encourage skill development, and foster a continuous improvement mindset in a fast-paced environment. As a graduate in PTSB, you will have the chance to gain exposure and contribute to business-critical projects, build strong management, interpersonal, and technical skills, and establish professional relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. **Your Role** You will be part of a periodic rotation programme, structured to enable graduates to gain insight and exposure to different teams and roles within their chosen business stream. You will complete either three x 8 month rotations or four x 6 month rotations, depending on your business stream. A 2-tier support network consisting of a Line Manager and assigned buddy will be available to support you throughout the Programme. **Responsibilities** As a graduate in PTSB, you will be responsible for: • Gaining exposure and contributing to business-critical projects in a fast-paced environment • Building strong management, interpersonal, and technical skills • Adopting a continuous improvement mindset to identify customer pain points and process enhancements • Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with a wide range of stakeholders • Engaging with all areas of the organisation to support colleagues and bank-wide initiatives **Minimum Requirements** To be eligible for this programme, you must: • Be graduating in 2025 or have graduated in 2024 • Be legally entitled to work in the Republic of Ireland without restriction for the duration of the programme • Have or be on track to achieve a minimum result of a 2:1 Second Class Honours, Grade 1 (60-69%) in your Level 8 qualification or above **9 Business Streams to Choose from** You will be able to choose from 9 business streams: • Customer • Governance & Secretariat Group • Internal Audit Group • Operations Group • Risk Banking Group • Risk Data Analytics and Modelling Group • Technology • Retail Banking and Distribution • Treasury Please note that all preferences cannot be guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate you.
