Technical Solutions Engineer: Troubleshoot complex network issues, develop product knowledge, and provide exceptional customer support in a dynamic and innovative environment.

As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you will work closely with other areas of the Arista customer engineering team as well as software and hardware engineering teams to diagnose problems and communicate them in multiple technical contexts. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, as is a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a desired level of proficiency in protocols and technologies by effectively leveraging the support and resources provided.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application or compatibility matters, via email or on the phone.
  • Find answers to complex challenges by brainstorming with peers and using labs to recreate issues and test solutions.
  • Use interpersonal skills, product knowledge and expertise in responding to daily customer-centric activities.
  • Document customer communication and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.
  • Engage in documentation activities that will guide our customers to find solutions to issues with Arista products.
