Job Description

The Temporary Payroll & Grants Supervisor role is a 18-month FTC position offering flexible hybrid working options. Reporting to the Central Finance Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for processing fortnightly payroll and grants administration, ensuring compliance with Revenue policies and preparing reconciliations and returns. The role will also involve providing inputs for cash flow forecasting, serving as a key point of contact for external stakeholders, and contributing to a strong compliance culture. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a NFQ degree level 7 qualification, at least 5 years of relevant experience in Irish payroll, and strong MS Office and MS Excel skills. Additional requirements include excellent stakeholder management, flexibility, and a "can-do" approach. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, co-developing approach, and providing value through insights and advice.
