Key Responsibilities:
- Create eye-catching, innovative designs for signs, banners, posters, vehicle wraps, and other promotional materials
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and deliver designs that align with their brand identity
- Prepare artwork for production, ensuring files are print-ready
- Work with production and installation teams to ensure designs are executed flawlessly
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and tools to continually improve our creative output
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in signage, print, or related industries
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design)
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, especially in large-format and signage design
- Excellent communication skills and ability to take client feedback to refine designs
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience preparing files for print production and working within brand guidelines
