Your New Company As a Bid Team Member you will be joining an architectural firm that has a massive brand across Ireland. With offices across Ireland they are now recruiting within their Dublin Office, specifically their Graphics and Bids team. Their portfolio has a range of big name clients, with interesting and technical projects which you will be required to translate into eye catching presentations and documentation. Your New Role As a bid team member you will be supporting the Graphics and Bid Manager, you will be looking after the administration of bids, graphic presentations and submissions to deadlines. Your role will be to make the presentations eye catching and be a key player in the formation of documents that will help win projects. You should have a good understanding of printing processes and be able to work on multiple projects at once. Job Requirements You should have 3-4 years in a similar role, with technical software skills in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and all the Microsoft Office suites/packages. A great advantage would be use of Adobe Flash or Dreamweaver. You should understand the architectural/construction industry and their subsequent construction processes. What I should note is there is no business development required so is very much a creative focused role.
