Key Responsibilities:
Deliver the budgeted KPI plan for the department
Lead the team in delivering the agreed business strategy
Maximise sales through analysing data and pre-empting customer needs
Maintain stock accuracy and ensure the department has the right choice and levels of product

Commercial mind-set and appropriate product knowledge
