We're seeking a Department Manager to lead our Grocery team in Kildare, Ireland. This role requires a customer-focused individual with strong coaching and leadership skills, as well as commercial acumen and merchandising expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver budgeted KPIs, adhere to trading policies, and maintain stock accuracy.
- Lead the team in delivering excellent customer service and driving sales through analysing data and pre-empting customer needs.
- Ensure the department complies with layouts, adjacencies, and brand standards.
- Provide coaching, training, and feedback to team members.
- Maintain a commercial mindset, commercial skills, and merchandising skills.
