We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to oversee daily store operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage staff in a well-established client's store in County Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and managing staff during their shift.
Maintain store standards, handle customer inquiries, and ensure a smooth, efficient, and safe shopping environment.
Supervise, train, and motivate store staff, ensuring adherence to store policies and procedures.
Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards are maintained.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure shelves are adequately stocked.
Prepare and submit reports on store performance, including sales, staffing, and operational issues.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
Experience in a grocery store setting is a plus.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and other relevant software.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
