Our client is on the hunt for a Group Accounts Receivable Manager to join their dynamic team in South Dublin. This role is instrumental in shaping and managing the Accounts Receivable function across the Group. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead a team, manage high volume queries, and ensure that everyone is working towards the shared organisational goals.

Responsibilities of the Group Accounts Receivable Manager Job include:

- Manage the Group customer list ensuring all records are up-to-date
- Oversee processing and recording of sales transactions
- Maintain an effective and professional credit control system
- Prepare and manage Aged Debtors report
- Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for distribution to Senior Leadership Team
- Implement, manage, and enhance the ERP system
- Ensure ongoing compliance with internal procedures
- Provide leadership for Accounts Receivable team

Requirements of the Group Accounts Receivable Manager Job include:

- Comprehensive knowledge of credit control processes
- Experience with integrated accounting software
- Ability to run appraisals and regular feedback sessions with team
- Strong tech skills including MS office with advanced excel
- Excellent business acumen and commercial awareness
