Join our Cost Finance Business Partner team and contribute to AIB's success in delivering financial objectives. This role involves providing insightful financial information, managing costs, and protecting business assets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the AIB Cost Allocations reporting process
- Collaborating with finance business partners and business representatives to impact pricing and profitability
- Coordinating the annual Cost Allocations planning process
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and proven working relationships with internal stakeholders
- Dynamic and confident self-starter with experience of collaborating across an organisation
- Ability to streamline and simplify processes, ensure accountability, and follow through on commitments
- Strong accounting principles, business partnership, data analysis, and technical communication skills
