Role: Group Cost Allocations Business Partner Location: Hybrid working, which will include a blend of onsite (Molesworth St, Dublin) and remote working l Do you have a financial qualification and Finance/Banking experience. What is the Role: Our teams work to provide insightful financial information to inform decision making across AIB, meet our regulatory commitments, manage AIB's capital, liquidity and cost effectively and protect the assets of our business for the long term. The role of Group Cost Allocations Business Partner reports directly to the Head of Cost Business Partners within our Transformation & Cost Team A key element of cost allocations management is the understanding and assessment of its impact on segment profitability and product pricing. The business partner will work closely with the relevant business representatives and finance business partners to ensure that a fully transparent and comprehensive allocations process is maintained and understood. Critical to our success is an ability to understand the costs of the business and to apply a mix of analytical, commercial and communication skills to deliver information and insights to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Key Accountabilities: AIB Cost Allocations reporting process. Collaborates with wider finance business partners and business representatives to provide ongoing insight, challenge, and review of all impacts of Cost Allocations on pricing and profitability. Manages and co-ordinates the annual Cost Allocations planning process, working collaboratively with key stakeholders across the business. In addition, this role holder will be provided the development opportunity through supporting the wider team of Cost Business Partners across various business partnering activities and deliverables.
