Our client, a leading asset manager are currently seeking a Group Financial Accountant to join their Dublin city centre based finance team. This is a key role within their Group Finance function, reporting to the Financial Controller and Head of Group Finance.The Group Financial Accountant’s tasks will also span the processing of day-to-day financial transactions, preparation of monthly management accounts working in collaboration with the FP&A team and involvement in the planning of annual audits and the production of statutory financial statements.Responsibilities:Management of accounting ledgersPreparation and reporting of management information, cash flow forecasting, and key involvement in the annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting processPerformance of month end management and year end statutory consolidations working as part of the group consolidation functionInvolvement in external audit process and the preparation of financial statements under IFRS and FRS 102Managing of the Irish AIFM’s obligations and adherence with standards issuedWorking with the Head of Accounting and other team members to optimise use of current and future technologyRequirements:Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with ideally 1 - 3 years PQEFinancial Services / Asset Management experienceStrong team player with ability to develop effective working relationships with colleagues across jurisdictionsExcellent Excel knowledge and general system proficiencyIf this opportunity is of interest, please contact Andrew Wynne in confidence at the enclosed address. #J-18808-Ljbffr
