Description Overseeing the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Assisting in the development of the company's annual budget and financial plan. Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements. Participating in financial audits and providing recommendations for procedural improvements. Providing financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making processes. Collaborating with the financial team to streamline financial procedures and systems. Supporting the finance department in performing risk management. Preparing VAT returns and managing tax compliance. Profile A successful Group Financial Accountant should have: A professional accounting qualification. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes. Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the healthcare sector. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using financial software and advanced MS Excel skills. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
