Job Opportunity:Group Financial Controller Location: Dublin or Sligo (hybrid working) Reporting to: Chief Finance Officer (CFO) An Irish organisation is seeking a Group Financial Controller to oversee financial operations across its group of companies, dedicated to delivering high-quality healthcare services. This is a newly established role, offering the opportunity to drive the financial strategy and ensure sustainable growth during an exciting phase of expansion. Key Responsibilities: Oversee financial reporting and management across multiple subsidiaries. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support strategic growth. Ensure compliance with legal, tax, and financial reporting standards. Manage audits and liaise with external auditors. Implement financial systems and process improvements to enhance efficiency. Lead a team of finance professionals, fostering development and collaboration. Qualifications: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent). 5+ years of post-qualification experience in a financial leadership role. Proven experience managing finances for a group of companies, ideally in healthcare or social care. Strong skills in financial planning, budgeting, and compliance. Why Join Us?
