Group HR Manager - Balbriggan - excellent salary and benefits My client, the largest manufacturer of precast concrete cladding in Europe, is seeking an experienced HR leader to join their team of 360 employees across Ireland and the UK. In this key role, you will lead the People strategy, drive employee engagement, oversee HR functions, and influence business decisions. Reporting to the CEO and Executive Committee, you'll manage talent, improve organisational effectiveness, and help the company maintain its reputation as a "Great Place to Work." A great opportunity for HR professionals Group HR Manager responsibilities: Develop and drive the People strategy for the group to the satisfaction of the CEO and Executive committees Agree key KPIs for the People strategy to measure effectiveness in delivery of the strategy and provide monthly reports to the Executive Committee and Board Manage a small team of HR Business Partner and HR Administrator to drive employee engagement and satisfaction Drive the key corporate value of A Great Place to Work and ensure a robust plan is in place to drive improvement of employee satisfaction Manage Employee Relations issues with diligence, accuracy and decisiveness Influence the business stakeholders to ensure the function is providing great internal customer service Manage recruitment for the group together with department managers Report and influence the Executive Committee in being a key advisor on people matters Provide and implement people management solutions and/or initiatives which will enhance organisational effectiveness and employee engagement. Develop key strategies for managing talent and succession planning in the business Support and deliver the on-boarding, workforce planning, reward & recognition, career progression, engagement, diversity & inclusion, and wellbeing work streams. Review and revise HR processes and procedures in the business and ensure that they are fit for purpose and in line with current legislation Group HR Manager requirements: HR Degree or CIPD qualification with 15 years in HR role and minimum of 5 years at HR manager level in a similar sized organisation Ability to design and delivery short and long term strategies Adept at dealing with conflicting priorities and multiple projects. Ability to create, maintain and develop effective working relationships. Up-to-date knowledge of Employment Law across UK and Irish jurisdictions is essential Strong experience of dealing with employee relations cases and if necessary dealing with tribunal/WRC/Legal counsel ?For a confidential discussion, please contact Tina Cornally.
