Location: Flexible if you are prepared to travel – main locations London/Leeds/Dublin We are seeking a passionate and experienced safer gambling professional with a strong desire to raise industry standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation of Play Well as set by the Group Head of Safer Gambling Strategy and the wider Flutter family of brands. To deliver on this objective you will lead our working group to share best practice and insights on tailored topics and find common ground to support the progress of our Play Well programs globally,You will appreciate the complexity of bringing different and sometimes competing priorities together in order to find common ground and objectives. You will have exceptional people skills, an ability to translate vision into clear and compelling project planning with accountability across the business. Working with some of the world’s biggest brands this role will help drive the progress of Play Well through strong operational planning, fostering excellent relationships and supporting the delivery of our responsible gaming program.Accountabilities Lead our Play Well working group to share best practice and insights on tailored topics across the group. Lead cross functional teams on global Play Well initiatives, leveraging the expertise and resource of divisions and departments to achieve shared objectives. Develop and maintain documents on progress of Play Well in line with Flutter corporate governance structures. Provide guidance and support to stakeholders by serving as a resource for questions, progress and insights. Foster a culture of Responsible Gaming and Play Well internally by building relationships and collaborating with diverse teams such as Customer support, insights, marketing, product. Support our sustainability communications partners in designing innovative ways to engage our colleagues and wider stakeholders on progress of our play well programme. Collaborate with key stakeholders to bring Play Well to life during key moments such as Safer Gambling Week/Month across the globe Develop and maintain training and guidance modules for group employees and wider Flutter divisions where relevant. Build relationships with industry organisations and external partners to share best practices and build reputation including attendance and participation in conferences and forums. Key Requirements 3-5 years senior level professional experience of Safer Gambling/Regulation in Gambling. Excellent project management skills. Experience of applying strategy into actions and deliverables by identifying and influencing key stakeholders. Experience of stakeholder management in complex, geographically dispersed organisations. Exemplary written (copywriting in various styles) and verbal communication skills. High energy and drive to work under pressure and in a fast-paced changing environment.
