About the Role Base Location: Glasgow, Perth, Aberdeen, Inverness, Reading, Havant, Belfast or Dublin Salary: £47,600 - £71,600 + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family. Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available This is a fantastic opportunity for a Risk Manager to support the Group to achieve its objectives, ongoing development, implementation and continuous improvement of an enterprise risk management framework. Reporting directly to the Head of Group Risk, you'll be instrumental in leading innovation and setting the standards for risk management. You will play a key role in developing and enhancing training and education pathways while providing expert guidance and support to ensure our teams meet their risk management needs. As Group Risk Manager you'll be responsible for: - Engaging stakeholders regularly to understand their risks, challenges and priorities. Collaborating with leadership to deliver effective education, training and change management. - Driving implementation and improvement of the enterprise risk management framework, providing innovative support, conducting risk workshops and ensuring accessible training methods. - Supporting operation risk management reporting and monitoring, identifying common risks, interconnected risk and potential material impacts. What do I need? To be considered for this role, you would love you to have: - Significant experience in stakeholder management with the ability to engage, support, and influence at all levels. - Sufficient experience in a risk management role, including experience of implementing and embedding enterprise risk management frameworks across a large organisation. - A relevant qualification in risk management, or equivalent relevant work experience. - Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead risk workshops and present to senior stakeholders with confidence. - A passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and a commitment to fostering a culture of proactive risk management.
