Job Summary The Group Senior Manager Rewards Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the company’s compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with the overall business strategy. This role will focus on salary structures, incentive programmes, benefits plans, and compliance with employment regulations globally. This role will ensure that our rewards offerings attract, retain, and motivate top talent. Responsibilities Develop and execute a global rewards strategy that supports business objectives and enhances employee engagement. Design, implement, and manage the company’s compensation structures, including base salary, variable pay, and incentives, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with the organisation’s goals. Conduct regular market benchmarking analysis to maintain competitive pay structures, ensuring the company’s compensation packages are attractive and aligned with industry standards. Develop and maintain job evaluation systems to classify positions accurately and ensure equity across the organisation. Compile and deliver comprehensive reports for Senior Leadership, providing insights and analysis on executive compensation to support strategic decision-making. Lead the salary review process, making recommendations for salary adjustments based on performance, market conditions, and internal equity. Effectively communicate compensation and benefits plans to employees, providing guidance and clarity to ensure understanding and engagement. Collaborate with Finance and HR leaders in other regions to ensure accurate budgeting for compensation initiatives. You will support local country HR in communicating our benefits offering to colleagues. You will manage and consult on Benefit issues including queries and identifying opportunities for improvement in current processes and procedure. Draft and Present detailed Business cases and analysis to the Leadership Board for proposed/suggested changes to compensation and benefits programmes. Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in a compensation and benefits role. Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, including incentive programmes, job evaluation, and salary structuring. Working knowledge in reward practices - specifically job architecture, pay range design, benchmarking, career structures, etc. Knowledge of Market Data within the comp & benefits space across the EMEA Region plus India also. Familiarity with employment legislation and tax regulations related to compensation and benefits. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting. #J-18808-Ljbffr
