Group Strategy & Sustainability Graduate Programme 2025
This 23-month contract offers a unique opportunity to join AIB's Strategy & Sustainability Team and contribute to the bank's progressive sustainability agenda.
About the Role
- Develop a deep understanding of Group Strategy and Group Sustainability
- Collaborate with teams across the group to green the business and embed sustainable practices
- Contribute to the delivery of a strategy centred on customer needs and anchored in a progressive sustainability agenda

Requirements
- Achieved or expected to achieve a minimum 2.1 Honours Degree (or equivalent)
- Authorised to work in Ireland or hold a valid work permit for the full duration of the contract
